Fabricator Welder
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabricator Welder to join our client’s team on a permanent night shift. This role will involve working on a variety of fabrication projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and accuracy at all times.
Duties will include welding mild steel ranging from 3mm to 25mm, working from engineering drawings, and carrying out fabrication work (non‑jig based). You will be responsible for completing quality checks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring all work meets required specifications.
You will be expected to uphold excellent standards of attendance and timekeeping, while contributing to a productive and efficient working environment. Please note, you will be required to complete an initial 2‑week training period on day shifts before transitioning onto nights.

Experience / Skills Required
- Previous fabrication experience (non‑jig work) is essential.
- Ability to weld mild steel from 3mm to 25mm.
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to carry out quality checks and maintain accurate documentation.
- Excellent attendance and timekeeping.
- Able to work independently and maintain high standards of workmanship.
- A minimum of 3 years of welding and/or fabrication experience is required for this role.
