As a Joiner Multi Trade, you will be responsible for:
Carrying out reactive joinery repairs in tenanted propertiesRepairing and replacing doors, frames, skirting boards, kitchens, and locksCompleting basic multi-trade repairs including patch plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing workDiagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficientlyEnsuring all work is completed to a high standardDelivering excellent customer service to tenantsWorking across social housing properties in Oldham and surrounding areasTo be successful in this Joiner Multi Trade role, you will need:
Experience working within social housing repairsStrong joinery experience within domestic propertiesMulti-trade experience across maintenance repairsA full UK driving licenceGood communication and customer service skillsIn return, the Joiner Multi Trade will receive:
