Precision Manufacturing Opportunity

We’re seeking an experienced machining professional to join a specialist engineering environment focused on low-volume, high-precision components. This is a hands‑on role offering exposure across the full manufacturing lifecycle, from early concepts through to finished parts.

The role

• Manufacture prototype and small‑batch components using modern CNC milling and turning equipment
• Program, set and operate CNC machine tools, including multi‑axis machining
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to support new part development
• Inspect components to ensure conformance with drawings and specifications
• Contribute to continuous improvement, quality and safe working practices

What we’re looking for

• Apprentice‑trained machinist or equivalent experience in a precision engineering environment
• Strong CNC programming, setting and operating capability
• Confident reading engineering drawings and tolerances
• Proactive, self‑motivated communicator with a quality‑focused mindset

This role suits someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving and working in a technically advanced workshop environment.
