Vehicle Service Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Vehicle Service Technician to join our busy workshop.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing and repair work on motorhomes, caravans, cars, and light commercial vehicles.

This is a varied hands‑on role ideal for someone who enjoys mechanical work and takes pride in getting vehicles safe, reliable, and ready for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Tyre changes, wheel balancing and alignment checks
• Replacement of brake discs, pads and greasing of brake calipers
• Carrying out full vehicle services including oil changes, air filters, fuel filters and spark plugs
• Servicing and maintenance of motorhome & caravan habitation systems
• Toilet cassette / chemical toilet flush and sanitation system servicing
• General workshop duties and vehicle preparation

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician, Mechanic, or Motorhome Technician
• Strong mechanical knowledge (brakes, servicing, tyres)
• Experience working on motorhomes or caravans is highly desirable
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to high standards
• Valid UK driving licence (preferably clean)
• Good problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance is advantageous
