Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Integration Lead to own and drive the IT integration activities on behalf of the Amcor business unit within a large‑scale transformation programme.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Own and drive the IT integration plan for Amcor, ensuring full alignment with the programme’s strategic objectives and timelines.
  • Act as the primary IT point of contact for Amcor, engaging with both local and central teams to ensure integration success.
  • Coordinate all integration workstreams (infrastructure, network, applications, data, security, etc.), ensuring dependencies are managed and milestones met.
  • Lead discovery and due diligence efforts to map current‑state IT architecture, services, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with functional leads, enterprise architects, and technical SMEs to design and implement the future‑state architecture.
  • Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring clear escalation routes and robust governance.
  • Ensure all IT integration activities are delivered in accordance with security, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to programme leadership, including status, risks, and key decisions.
  • Support cutover planning, testing, and early life support activities to ensure a smooth transition to the target state.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or equivalent preferred (IT, Engineering, Business, or related).
  • 10+ years of experience in post‑merger integration.
  • Proven experience delivering complex IT integration programmes, ideally in post‑merger, carve‑out, or business separation contexts.
  • Strong knowledge of core IT domains including infrastructure, cloud, applications, data migration, and cybersecurity.
  • Deep technical understanding of enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, M365, ERP systems, WAN/LAN, hybrid/cloud hosting).
  • Experience working within a global enterprise environment with diverse stakeholders and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills – able to engage at all levels, from technical teams to executive sponsors.
  • Experience working in a matrixed programme or PMO structure with formal governance processes.
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and driving clarity in fast‑paced, high‑change environments.
