Overview
This proven company has been leading the scene in manufacturing of roofing and construction materials. Offering a wise range of products, this 50‑year‑old company had long standing relationships with the UK’s leading merchants and is looking to expand its small team of fitters to keep up with production demand.
Role
- Conduct inspections and routine maintenance checks
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance
- 42 hours a week, 4 on 4 off schedule 12‑hour shifts (6 till 6)
- Occasional overtime at 1.5x
In this role you will be a vital part of their 24/7 production cycle, diagnosing equipment and responding to planned and reactive breakdowns ensuring that the heavy equipment used can run at peak efficiency. This will be a 4 on 4 off schedule with 12‑hour shifts (6 till 6) rotating weekly working on blending tanks, mixing wells and lamination lines with training on anything that is unfamiliar to you.
