Machine Operator

I am currently looking to recruit 2 permanent Machine Operators for a specialist manufacturer near Stafford.

Duties

• Operate machinery as per the Standard Operating procedures.
• Ensure hourly performance is monitored and recorded.
• Identify and correct product quality issues.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Complete cleaning tasks as per standard operating procedures.
• Record production data that ensures full product traceability.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE level.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an industrial environment.

Shift rota: 4 days in Week 1 (Mon‑Thu 6:45 am to 7 pm) followed by 3 nights in Week 2 (Mon‑Wed 6:45 pm to 7 am).
