HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
Seeking a customer service-oriented individual for an on-site HVAC refrigeration technician role. This position involves diagnosing issues, replacing necessary parts, and providing maintenance, repair, and installation services for commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. We require a strong mechanical aptitude, a solid work ethic, and core values that align with our organization.

Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration repair and service field
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new trades and skills as needed
- Provide solutions and perform the tasks necessary to keep our partners’ facilities running smoothly
- Ability to document detailed accounts of tasks completed through the use of our company app
- Capacity to retain and apply information and trained skills
- Ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced high-stress environment
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
