Production Line Supervisor (Food/Packaging)

Salary: £14.75 per hour, plus overtime at £18.44 per hour.

Schedule: 4 on 4 off, Day Shift only.

Location: Bilsthorpe, Newark, Nottinghamshire (commutable from Newark, Bilsthorpe, Coddington, Winthorpe, Farndon, Kelham).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10–15 people on the production line.
• Operate food production and packaging machinery.
• Monitor line speed to ensure smooth running.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role as Line Supervisor, Line Leader, or senior operative with supervisory skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to problem‑solve and lead a team.
