The role of Machine Operator
Working within a busy production environment and reporting to the Shift Team Leader, you will operate and adjust various machines, load products into machinery, carry out quality checks on finished products, and pack and label finished goods ready for dispatch. This is a varied production role requiring good attention to detail and the ability to work to targets consistently.
The ideal Machine Operator
You have previous experience working in a busy production or manufacturing environment. You have a good eye for detail, are able to work to production targets, and bring a reliable, positive approach to each shift. Experience as a Production Operator or Line Worker is particularly relevant.
