Salary: £31,200- £35,360 depending on experience

Our client, Willow Joinery, is a well-established and growing joinery business specialising in high-quality bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products.

The role

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Fitter to carry out the installation of bespoke joinery products on sites across the region. The successful candidate will take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service, representing the business professionally on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing bespoke timber windows, doors and joinery products
• Working from technical drawings and site instructions
• Ensuring installations are completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Communicating professionally with customers and site contacts
• Working independently and as part of a team

What we’re looking for

• Previous fitting or carpentry experience
• Strong practical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to problem solve on-site
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable and punctual

Desirable (but not essential)

• Experience fitting bespoke joinery products
• Relevant carpentry or joinery qualifications
