Teesside Homes Limited is seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team. The Plumber will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in our properties, ensuring functionality and compliance with building codes.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Collaborate with property management and development teams to ensure plumbing installations meet project requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential plumbing problems.
• Keep accurate records of plumbing work, including maintenance and repair activities.
• Stay updated on industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Respond to emergency plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a recognized plumbing apprenticeship program.
• Valid plumber’s license.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
