What are we looking for in this position?
- Provide on-site technical support for the installation, maintenance, and repair of med tech products.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, ensuring timely resolution to minimise downtime.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks on the machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide support to customers by way of customer training and demonstrations.
- Provide feedback on recurring technical issues for continuous improvement.
- This will be road-based, covering the North-West of the Country
What will we need you to have?
- Proven experience as a Field Engineer or Service Technician.
- Qualification in Engineering or similar
- Strong technical skills in diagnosing and repairing machines on site
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Full Clean Driving Licence and able to be road-based Monday to Friday
