This role would be a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.General Overview:To undertake a proactive role to carry out maintenance, repairs and inspection of building, mechanical and electrical services, associated systems, plant, and equipment in accordance with relevant standards and operational procedures. Participate in a On Call Rota to make sure the Hospital remains operational.Impact:The successful candidate must be capable of working on their own initiative, thinking of alternative ways of working and being solutions driven and problem solving. Working in a live Hospital environment, minimise penalty deductions by responding in a timely manner to all maintenance issues in accordance with the requirements of the Concession / Project Agreement. Ensure there is minimum disruption to wards and departments throughout the site whilst carrying out works.Complexity:To undertake a proactive role carrying out maintenance, repairs and inspection on electrical systems, mechanical and associated building services.
