- Marking out and constructing timber frameworks
- Undertaking basic floor laying and finishing work
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Working alongside a team of joiners, fitters, and operatives to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a joiner, semi‑skilled joiner, cabin fitter, or modular operative
- At least 1 year of hands‑on joinery, carpentry, or woodwork experience
- NVQ Level 1 or 2 in Joinery & Carpentry (desirable but not essential)
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work as a joiner
- A reliable team player who can also work independently
- MMC or modular construction experience is an advantage, but not essential
Why Join?

- Consistent, full‑time hours with long‑term stability
- Genuine opportunity for a permanent position
- Clean, dry, and modern working environment
- Subsidised canteen and great onsite facilities
- Join a company that is growing and investing in its people
