We are currently looking for a skilledRooferto join our successful Response business based in Bristol.You will specialise in carrying out Responsive Maintenance roof works to our customers properties.

The Roofer role:

  • You will be responsible for undertakingrepair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs.Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable
  • Taking pride in building relationships, you will communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and your line managers
  • Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safetyrequirements.

What will you bring as a Roofer?

  • Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
  • Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable
  • Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
  • Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings
  • Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
