The Roofer role:
- You will be responsible for undertakingrepair/renewal roofing works, including repairs and maintenance covering roof leaks, felt & batten, gutter leaks, lead work & torch on felt repairs.Ability to undertake some brickwork related repairs is desirable
- Taking pride in building relationships, you will communicate effectively with the scheduling team, tenants and your line managers
- Work safely and in compliance with Health & Safetyrequirements.
What will you bring as a Roofer?
- Qualified to an NVQ Level 2 in Roofing
- Current PASMA and IPAF certification is desirable
- Ability to work to targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
- Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenants’ homes within social housing settings
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
