About the Role

We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Construction Workers / Labourers to support ongoing projects across Manchester. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals who are physically fit, safety‑conscious, and able to work well as part of a team on busy construction sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general site duties including loading and unloading materials
• Support skilled tradespeople on‑site as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Follow site health and safety regulations at all times
• Operate basic tools and equipment safely
• Move materials and equipment around site
• Carry out manual labour tasks as directed by site supervisors
• Report any hazards or issues on site

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Valid UK ID / Right to work in the UK (essential)
• Previous construction or labouring experience
• Good understanding of health and safety on site
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work as part of a team
