Job Overview
We are currently looking to recruit experienced Commercial Plumbers to take on a Legionella Remedial Plumber position within our Mobile Division in South London. In this role, you will carry out a range of monitoring, one‑off remedial cleaning, chemical testing and minor plumbing tasks across a wide range of client sites, meeting their agreed requirements with regards to the Legionella control programme as set out in the Water Technical Manual.
What we are looking for
Experienced Commercial Plumbers within the FM sector, experience within Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring or Water Treatment is desirable. Basic IT skills, preferably with Microsoft package, are required. The ability to work under pressure, manage and work to deadlines is essential. NVQ level 2 in Plumbing is an essential minimum requirement for this role.
Main Duties
In this position, you will carry out plumbing tasks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8, act as an ambassador for the Company while visiting customers, maintain customer water safe logbooks in line with the Approved Code of Practice L8 and company guidelines, take a variety of water samples from multiple sector properties and document these in line with the Water Technical Manual guidance, complete and submit all documentation relating to the work carried out in a timely manner and follow up on paperwork regarding customer queries, and carry out water system clean and disinfection in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice L8.
