Overview
Term: Full time, 39.25 hours per week. Overtime: Available and paid at time + half. Salary: Hourly, dependent on experience. We are currently looking for a skilled sprayer with a minimum of two years’ previous experience. Working hours: 8am–5pm (Monday–Thursday); 8am–4pm (Friday).

What You Will Work With
- Hand Spraying Air Assisted Airless, Gravity Fed and Pressure Pots
- Enclosed Spray Booth, flash off area and drying oven
- Extraction Benches
- Pneumatic & Manual Sanders
- Cefla Mito Automatic Spray Line (as and when required)
Experience Required
- Experienced furniture spray painter with in-depth knowledge of solvent and water-based paints and stains.
- In-depth knowledge of hand spraying techniques and different applications.
- Highly experienced in the preparation of items for spray painting.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to see subtle colour differences along with an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring quality checks are carried out before, during and after the spray process.
- Experience with the maintenance of spray equipment, including cleaning, changing parts such as booth filters and paper rolls, and any other maintenance work specified.
- Monitor inventory levels of paint materials and all paint shop and machine consumables.
- Competent IT skills to navigate the company ERP system.
- Work in an organised, methodical manner and take pride in maintaining a tidy workspace.
