Skilled Machine Operator

Brightwork are currently recruiting for Skilled Machine Operatives to join our client, a global leader in the Premium Drinks industry, on a temporary ongoing basis in Renfrew. We are looking for experienced operatives who have a background in FMCG and have previously operated a variety of machinery such as Filler, Labeller, Palletiser, Case Packer and Depal.

We are recruiting for 2 shift patterns.

Shift Patterns

• Nightshift: Sunday 23:00-05:30, Monday‑Thursday 00:00-05:30.
• Double Days: Week 1 Monday to Thursday 14:00-00:00, Week 2 Monday to Thursday 05:30-14:00, Friday 05:30-11:30.

Your Time at Work

Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Operating machinery
• Labelling
• Packing
• Conducting quality checks
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety rules

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in operating machinery as named above.
• A background in FMCG.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Computer skills i.e. conducting checks and inputting data.
• Attention to detail.
• A strong work ethic.
