We are looking for a pleasant, reliable, flexible and hardworking hands‑on Qualified Joiner that takes pride in their work to join our team of friendly Maintenance Operatives working mostly in the Greater Manchester and North West.
Operatives will provide a high‑quality first‑line maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio, and will be respectful of our tenants and their homes.
The Mobile Maintenance Team reports to the Head Office in Stockport at 08:30 AM for a Maintenance Meeting every Monday morning and attends other meetings at this site.

Applicants Should Have Experience In The Below
- Repairing, maintaining, or replacing kitchen units within tenants’ flats following leaks.
- Repairing, maintaining, or replacing wooden fixtures such as doors or locks.
- Finishing surfaces through sanding, staining or varnishing.
- Assisting other engineers outside of your discipline where required.
This is a full‑time position.
A full driving licence is required, and a vehicle is available for work purposes.
It is essential that Operatives contribute to the On‑call rota – additional payments are made for on‑call duties, including a generous flat‑rate payment and enhanced payments when called out.
