What You’ll Do

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and servicing our clients’ equipment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation & Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair a variety of equipment at client sites.
• Customer Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Troubleshooting: Identify issues and provide effective solutions to keep our clients’ operations running smoothly.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service performed and report any trends or issues to management.
