Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator (4 Positions Available)

Location: Leamington Spa

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday

Initial training on AM shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm (for a couple of weeks)

Moving onto PM shift: 2:00pm – 10:30pm

Pay Rate:

• Starting at £12.71 per hour
• Pay increase once fully trained and independently operating machines

We are currently recruiting for 4 Machine Operators to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for a long-term role with progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery in a fast-paced production setting
• Carrying out tasks with consistency and accuracy
• Maintaining high levels of attention to detail at all times
• Adapting quickly to different projects and processes
• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift

Requirements

• A strong work ethic and commitment to long-term employment is essential
• Ability to learn quickly and work across multiple projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• Previous machine operating experience is desirable but not essential
