CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator

Must Haves
- Ability to programme CNC milling machines (essential)
- Experience setting and operating CNC mills
- Knowledge of Fanuc controls (i0 preferred)
- Ability to read and work from engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Hours: 39 hours per week – Day Shift. Monday‑Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00; Friday: 06:00 – 11:00. Flexibility available – 07:00‑16:00 shift may be agreed.
Opportunity
This is a hands‑on, all‑round CNC role where you’ll take ownership of your work – from programming through to final production.
Key Responsibilities
- Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
- Producing small batch components to tight tolerances
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawingsCarrying out quality checks (dimensional & visual inspection)
- Working collaboratively across the workshop when required
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
