Job Title: Architectural Welder

Location: Luton areaSalary: £17–£19 per hour (DOE)Hours: Mon–Fri, day shiftContract: Permanent, Full time

We’re looking for an experienced Architectural Welder to join a busy and growing structural steel and architectural metalwork fabricator. This is a workshop‑based role producing high‑quality fabricated steelwork for commercial and construction projects.

Key Duties of this Architectural Welder position:

• Welding structural steel components to engineering drawings
• Working with mild steel plate, box section, beams, and fabricated assemblies
• MIG & TIG welding to a high standard
• Carrying out basic fabrication, fitting, and finishing work
• Ensuring work is completed safely and to quality standards
• Working closely with fabricators, welders, and the wider team

What You Need for this Architectural Welder position:

• MUST HAVE – Architectural welding experience
• Competent MIG welding experienceAbility to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience working with structural or architectural steel
• Good attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice to Have:

• Fabrication and fitting experience
• Coding / weld qualifications
• Structural experience
