Precision Assembly Operative

Our client, a successful manufacturing business, is currently seeking a Precision Assembly Operative to join their team.

This is a full‑time permanent position, working in Norwich.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. Overtime is also available.

Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience

• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail over sustained periods
• This role requires a steady hand, patience, and a commitment to maintaining high standards across repetitive tasks
• Experience with fine soldering or small component assembly
• Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
• Proven ability to deliver consistent, high‑quality output
• A patient, focused and reliable approach to work
• Take pride in producing high‑quality, detailed work and enjoy working in a focused, hands‑on environment

Key Responsibilities

• Perform precision assembly work on small‑scale components
• Carry out delicate soldering, including fine joints (e.g., LED or similar electronic assemblies)
• Maintain consistent quality across repetitive production tasks
• Inspect and ensure all work meets required quality standards
• Follow detailed instructions and assembly processes accurately
• You will be responsible for carrying out fine, intricate assembly tasks, working with small components where accuracy and consistency are essential
