Maintenance Electrician

Position: Resident Maintenance Electrician

Location: Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire

Type: Permanent

Salary: £38,394

Working hours: Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm plus on‑call rota (TBC).

Duties

• Complete PPM and reactive maintenance to electrical systems.
• Manage lighting and emergency lighting.
• Maintain AHU/fan coil.
• Perform fabric duties.
• Conduct checks and compliance duties.
• Small works installation.
• Emergency repairs.
• All ad‑hoc maintenance tasks.

Requirements

• Qualified Electrical Engineer (SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2).
• 18th edition.
• Previous PPM and reactive maintenance experience.
• AM2 or 2391.
• Excellent client facing skills.
