Heavy Plant Fitter – Hands-on Repair & Maintenance

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is seeking a Plant Fitter in Southampton to perform service and maintenance on heavy plant equipment. This role requires hands-on skills and a good understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and welding.

The successful candidate will be engaged in reactive breakdowns and scheduled maintenance, demonstrating significant experience in mobile and static plant. A formal engineering qualification is preferred, but practical experience is prioritized.

The position offers an annual salary in the £40,000 – £55,000 range, dependent on experience.
