Assembly Operative / Injection Moulding Machine Operator

Location: Round Spinney, Northampton (NN3)

We are recruiting for Assembly Operative and Injection Moulding Machine Operator at our client site in Round Spinney, Northampton.

We are offering part‑time opportunities from Monday to Friday, with candidates expected to be flexible to work either full AM or PM shifts depending on the department.

Shift Patterns

  • AM Shift: Monday‑Thursday: 06:00‑14:00; Friday: 06:00‑13:00
  • PM Shift: Monday‑Thursday: 14:00‑22:00; Friday: 13:00‑20:00

Note: Candidates must be flexible.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assembly Operative: Assemble small components at your workstation following clear instructions; maintain quality and accuracy; work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment; follow health & safety procedures.
  • Injection Moulding Machine Operator: Operate injection moulding machines safely and efficiently; perform assembly tasks and inspect parts for quality; monitor and report any production or quality issues; maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Excellent attention to detail, good dexterity, and steady hands.
  • Good eyesight for detailed inspection work.
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Previous assembly or injection moulding experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Flexible to work across AM/PM shifts and different departments.

Pay & Benefits
