Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, with strong mathematical ability for accurate measurements.
- Inspect and test cuts, joints, and completed work using precision measuring instruments.
- Apply strong practical skills to deliver high-quality work.
- Achieve production targets while working efficiently on the production line.
- Ensure the safe, controlled, and efficient movement of production components.
- Contribute to continuous improvement as part of a cross-functional team.
Experience
- Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or welding environment.
Skills & Abilities
- Self-motivated with high levels of energy and commitment.
- Strong team-working skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
