Job Title: Electrical Assembler

Location: Redditch

Hours: 6am-3pm or 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay: £12.71 – £13.00 per hour

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembler to join our clients manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems with precision and efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the production of high-quality electrical products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electrical components and systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions
• Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency
• Follow the company’s predefined quality procedures to ensure a robust product is produced to meet the customer’s expectations every time
• Be willing and able to work to tight deadlines with changing priorities

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical assembly
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools
• Mechanical knowledge relevant to assembly processes
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
