We are currently recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Mechanic.

Working Hours: 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
The Role
As a Vehicle Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to a high standard.
You will work across a wide range of makes and models, completing both mechanical and electrical repairs, MOT preparation, and routine servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, including 6 weekly inspections on HGV Road sweepers.
- Perform mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, clutches, engines, and gearboxes.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and in line with health & safety procedures.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with the service team as required.
Ideal Candidate
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a vehicle technician or mechanic.
- Confident in diagnosing and repairing faults independently.
- Reliable, hardworking, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
