Role Description

We are seeking full-time Property Claims Adjusters to join our London-based team.

You will manage property claims by adjusting, evaluating, and settling losses while working closely with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient claims handling and excellent client service. The role will involve maintaining accurate documentation, meeting compliance standards, and contributing to the continuous improvement of claims processes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing claims business that already supports more than twenty London Market insurers. The successful candidate will gain valuable exposure to a broad range of property claims, clients, and market processes within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

This is a hybrid role requiring three days per week in our EC3 London office.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in property claims handling
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with London Market processes and systems
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in insurance or claims management are advantageous
  • Minimum three years’ experience working within the Lloyd’s or London Market
