Job Responsibilities
- Respect the residents’ dignity and privacy.
- Provide the highest standard of person‑centred support to residents to be as independent as possible and encourage them to do as much for themselves as they can.
- Work with residents and families to deliver person‑centered care.
- Support with all aspects of personal care, including feeding, toileting, and bathing.
- Maintain thorough and up‑to‑date records for each resident.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fantastic people skills: supportive and great at communicating, able to build strong relationships and empathise.
- Caring by nature: enthusiastic, person‑centred approach, genuine passion for making people’s lives a little brighter each day.
- Great team player: works well in a team of like‑minded people.
- Adaptable: can think on your feet and adapt quickly to changing situations.
- No experience? No problem: you will receive a comprehensive induction programme and training plan.
