Specialist in Mid-Senior Level Finance Placements @ Camino Search
We are excited to be partnering with a hyper growth PE Backed SaaS business that has secured significant investment from well-regarded investors. The company is eager to strengthen its finance function by bringing on high-potential individuals who will be instrumental in supporting its rapid growth as it moves towards an exit.
The successful candidate will join the strong finance function as an Accounts Assistant. To support the processes within the business’ hyper-growth phase. They will be career-focused and focused on team achievement. Covering all aspects of AP and AR, including invoices, employee expenses and the preparation of cash flow forecasts. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with credit control, process invoices, credit notes, and resolve queries at pace.
- Ensure timely payment of bills from customers.
- Processing employee expenses, and supplier invoices.
- Maintain strong relationships across customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Conduct payment runs across multi-currency.
- Conduct bank reconciliations.
- Provide ad hoc support to other areas of the business as required.
- Aid in preparation of journals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Studying / part qualified accountant (ACCA / ACA / CIMA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great organisational skills, to support their work in a fast-paced environment
