Description of the Position

To join our expanding team, we are seeking an Assistant Accountant who is driven and meticulous. For someone who loves dealing directly with clients and has a strong interest in accounting, this is a fantastic opportunity. You will be crucial in assisting with day-to-day accounting processes and making sure that clients and HMRC are communicated with promptly and clearly.

Responsibilities

• Accounting responsibilities include managing monthly and quarterly bookkeeping tasks, helping to prepare VAT returns, and managing monthly payroll.
• Administrative support: helping with routine office duties to guarantee smooth operations.
• Communicating with clients and HMRC about financial issues, questions, and compliance.

Qualities of the Perfect Applicant

• Accounting education or a solid grasp of fundamental accounting concepts
• Knowledge of or familiarity with accounting software like Xero
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Excellent communication abilities
• Proficiency in both Korean and English is necessary.
