Job Description:

We are a well-established business seeking a dependable and detail-focused Finance Assistant to support our growing team. This is a varied position within a fast-paced environment, offering a mix of financial and administrative responsibilities, on a part-time basis, flexibly.

In this role, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the business by assisting with accounts processes and general office duties, working closely with senior staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices for purchases and sales

  • Carrying out bank reconciliations and managing daily cash transactions

  • Supporting vehicle finance documentation and administration

  • Keeping financial records accurate and up to date

  • Assisting with payroll tasks and supplier payments

  • Communicating with customers, lenders, and external partners

  • Providing general administrative support across the office

About You

  • Previous experience in accounts, finance, or bookkeeping is advantageous

  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and accounting software

  • Approachable, professional, and able to work well within a small team

  • Experience in the automotive sector is beneficial but not required
