What Is Involved?

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team player who takes pride in providing excellent customer-service. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy, be well organised and flexible, have good IT skills and manage changing priorities. You will also need to be able to work unsupervised using your own initiative. On occasion there may be a requirement to work in other locations providing cover if needed.

Duties will include: Reception duties, dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence, telephone answering and message taking, ordering, data entry, file management, including scanning and archiving, typing duties including the production of posters and display materials, arranging transport, issue and recording of petty cash transactions, booking rooms and diary management.

What Will I Need?

You should have 4 GCSEs (A-C grades including English Language or Literature) or GNVQ Intermediate in Business or NVQ 2 Business (or equivalent related subject). The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure and Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
