In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to Business Banking clients, resolving complex inquiries through various communication channels. You will be responsible for ensuring tailored solutions meet customer needs and support overall service efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a strong customer-centric approach, experience in a telephony-based role, and skills in time management and detail orientation. This full-time position includes a shift pattern of Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 8 pm.
