What skills and experience we’re looking for
- Support the recruitment process from start to finish
- Keep our employee records accurate and up to date using our HR system and online personal files.
- Assist with onboarding and induction for new starters, ensuring we adhere to safer recruitment guidelines
- Help with HR administration tasks including contracts, letters, and payroll changes.
- Being a friendly and helpful point of contact for staff and managers across our schools, providing routine HR advice and guidance
- Have a positive and proactive attitude – someone who is eager to learn and willing to get stuck in.
- Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Be a confident communicator with a warm, approachable style.
