Key Responsibilities
- Managing an email inbox of relevant tasks
- Being responsible for independently managing a busy workload, constantly multi-tasking and prioritising duties
- Updating systems, ensuring processes are completed
- Proactively chasing customers and external stakeholders for information required – both telephone and email
- Arranging deliveries out of the warehouse
Skills and Experience Required
- Eager to learn and develop
- Confident user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Polite and professional customer focused approach
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Well organised with strong multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
