Qualifications and Requirements
- Competent Area Manager or existing Brigade Manager.
- Qualified to Fire Service Incident Command Level 4 and Multi‑Agency Gold Incident Command (MAGIC).
- Competent to participate in the Principal Officers on‑call rota.
- Resilience, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead.
