Job Description:
We are looking for reliable, friendly female personal assistant to support a 59 year old lady with a moderate learning disability in Grantham.
Flexible hours available including days, evenings and sleep‑ins.
About the role
Support will focus on promoting independence, confidence and a good quality of life. Duties include:
- supervised visits to friends
- going out for coffee, shopping trips and cinema outings
- preparing meals and encouraging healthy routines
- supervising personal care
- providing companionship and helping her enjoy everyday activities
About you
- Female (genuine occupational requirement due to personal care needs)
- kind, patient and supportive
- able to encourage independence while offering appropriate supervision
- reliable and comfortable working flexible hours
- experience in care is helpful but not essential
£13.71 per hour
Car driver an advantage.
