Client Services Associate (Entry Level – February 2026)
proSapient is a venture capital‑backed global Expert Network firm that connects private equity and consultancy firms with industry experts worldwide. As a Client Services Associate you will deliver rapid, high‑quality insights to our clients through a blend of AI‑driven sourcing and personal outreach.
Base pay: £30,000 plus uncapped commission. Applications are accepted for a February 2026 start. Please submit all applications in English.
Responsibilities
- Understand Client Briefs: Receive and analyse client briefs, conduct initial research on new industries, companies and business topics to build a foundational understanding of the client’s needs.
- Expert Sourcing:
- Utilise our AI‑driven platform to identify potential experts within our existing network.
- Leverage professional networking sites and other online resources to source new experts for the network.
- Expert Communication: Engage experts via calls, emails, messaging, etc., to vet suitability for the brief and build professional relationships.
- Project Management: Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
Requirements

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English at a C1 level (additional language skills are a plus).
