PAYE rate – £13.47 per hour
To work on the Digital and ICT Service Desk and provide effective and responsive first line support to ICT users within South Tyneside Council.
- Respond to incoming phone calls and requests/queries logged via self-service, email etc.
- Create and update user accounts and shared mailboxes.
- Issue Consumables such as headsets, mice, keyboards, ink.
- Allocate and issue Sim cards and Smartphones.
- Escalate queries that cannot be resolved by first line support to the appropriate second line support team.
