About the Role

This role is for an experienced Child Protection Social Worker within the North Bristol area. The worker will support children and families across Children in Need (CiN), Child Protection (CP) and Court proceedings.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake statutory duties for children and families in need or at risk of harm.
• Manage complex caseloads across CiN, CP and Court work.
• Work collaboratively with families to meet assessed needs and support robust safety planning.
• Facilitate meaningful change and implement permanence plans when required.
• Work in partnership with multi‑agency professionals.
• Drive positive, sustainable outcomes for children and families.

Essential Requirements

• Qualified Social Worker with significant post‑qualifying experience in Child Protection.
• Driver with access to a car.
• Able to work on‑site.
