Junior Sous Chef – Multi‑Site (Based at The Ostrich, Bristol Area)
We are looking for a passionate and driven Junior Sous Chef to join our team, primarily based at The Ostrich, while supporting our Head Chefs across multiple sites in the Bristol area.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented chef who thrives in fast‑paced kitchen environments and enjoys the variety of working across different locations.
You’ll play a key role in supporting day‑to‑day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards, and ensuring consistently exceptional food is delivered across all sites.
The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt quickly to different teams and kitchens. You’ll take pride in producing quality dishes, supporting colleagues, and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
