Receptionist / Office Administrator needed in Gloucester, Salary: £18,590 per annum, Job Type: Part-time, Permanent, Working Hours: 09:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday, 30-minute lunch)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist / Office Administrator to join a growing manufacturing business based in Gloucester. This is a great opportunity to work within a clean, professional office environment and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business. This role is ideally suited to someone who is confident handling inbound calls and is looking for a stable, long-term position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and handling inbound calls in a professional and confident manner
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
  • General office administration duties
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintaining an organised and efficient front-of-house function

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within a receptionist or office administration role
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a busy office environmentProactive and reliable approach
  • Looking for a long-term, permanent position

Pay & Benefits:
