Working Pattern: 38 hours per week – Monday to Friday 09:00‑17:30 & 1 in 3 weekends (08:30‑19:00)
Our client is a leading UK-based online auction company, known for its vibrant, innovative approach and commitment to delivering an outstanding service. They are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Client Services Associate to join their growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond efficiently to client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Train and support clients in using company systems and platforms
- Translate complex technical solutions into clear, user‑friendly guidance
- Maintain and update client records using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, data entry, and reporting
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the client experience
Role Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is essential
- Experience within a SaaS or technology‑led environment is highly desirable
- Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail with strong problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
