SEN Support Worker: Personalised Learning & Inclusion

Responsibilities

• Providing one‑on‑one support to students with SEN, tailored to their individual needs and abilities.
• Assisting with the implementation of personalised education plans and behaviour management strategies.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to deliver effective educational and therapeutic interventions.
